Our CEO & Our Foundation
Our founder and CEO is a 10 year Army Veteran. Rachel L. Ford honorably served our country and gained incredible insight and expertise that she now uses to help growing enterprises uncover actionable insights hidden within company and employee data that help leaders make strategic decisions, boost workforce productivity, and more.
Strategic Consulting
Following her service to our country, Rachel earned her Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a Human Resource Management concentration from Strayer University.
